5 and the plan, which consists of five meals per day change – generally shakes, but there are also bars, soups, desserts, and oats (see below). Meals on the short and green “meal – a small portion of meat (see below), and two cups of salad or vegetables. This is a great addition to your daily diet and life seems possible.
You can eat every 2-3 hours, and should take at least 64 grams of liquid (water) per day. Other beverages can be used as an additive. The five plan to substantially improve some of its previous program.
