Exercise Program on Medifast

When I started Medifast, I lose muscle mass in providing nutritious diet so low.

The results speak for themselves. For example, the last time I was sober, I dropped about 5 inches above my life, but my legs are almost the same size, weight increase, Hiking’ve made. Clearly this shows that I’m building muscle. Also, I’m going faster and practically every week. My energy is through the roof.
